By downloading, installing, or using the Ileadit mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ileadit is a fitness tracking application that integrates with Google Fit to help users track their fitness progress and compete with others. The App provides:

• Fitness activity tracking
• Progress monitoring
• Social competition features
• Integration with Google Fit services

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must:

• Create an account with valid information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 13 years old to use the service

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the App
• Submit false or misleading fitness data
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Google Fit Integration

By using our App's Google Fit integration:

• You authorize us to access your Google Fit data
• You understand that this integration is subject to Google's terms of service
• You can revoke access to Google Fit at any time through your Google Account settings

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the App
• Update these terms at any time
• Change App features or functionality

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Accuracy of fitness data
• Interruptions in service
• Any damages arising from use of the App

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
